Did you retry? It happened once to my unmodded Xbox, and I just tried it again, and it downloaded fine.

Well, now I get two yellow notches and then is says error/difficulties try again later.

Must be a huge upgrade, or the server is just REALLY lagged down.

I experienced the same yellow notches yesterday as well on a virgin xbox. I kept retrying and I eventually connected. I noticed that the error messages cycled somewhat like the xbox was trying to guess at what the problem was.

Maybe the traffic for xbox live was extremely heavy this weekend.
