We'll see about that. I'm not ready to let MS run my life and tell me when I can go to the bathroom. I'll use the system I purchased in any way I want that doesn't break fair ethical or legal codes. When I buy a car, I'm not going to listen to the manufacturer tell me how I can modify it, and a car is a much more dangerous thing than a video game console.

My account hasn't been banned, but my Xbox has been blocked from Xbox Live twice, but nothing an eeprom change couldn't help. Even if I was banned permanantly, it wouldn't be the end of the world. I use xlink and xbconnect a lot already.

I would go look for help for your problems, If you hate M$ so much sell your Xbox and go buy a PS2 or a gamecube

That M$ steals the lives, minds, passion of its employees. It is evil and we should try and bring it down at all cost with no regard to the truth Is that not right Crusader?

I think mod chip banning is very fair for Xbox live, you when you purchased and subscribed to XBox live aggred to the terms and condations, just like you do with your internet access and mobile phone if you happen to have one.

Life has terms and condations as well except these are called laws and you cant "Mod" you life to buypass the lawas can you?

I'm not going to be extra careful with Xbox discs like they are gold. I have pets with sharp claws that like to play with dvds and if I want to make a backup of the games I bought, I should have that right.
