Can I Get Live To Work With Wireless Broadband?

Humm don't know much on the microwave towers, you need to determine not only the bandwidth but the ping time as well. The dish system would suck for xbox live because the high ping you'd get.

Yeah, you are probably right about the mini dishes.  I've heard they have high pings.

The ISP providing the microwave setup quotes 1.5MB down and 500kps up.  I'm not sure about ping or ethernet connections.

Here is their website:  http://www.accesstng.net

What are the minimum requirements to access AccessTNG’s service?

Any computer able to handle an Ethernet port and TCP/IP communication can work with our system. This may sound like techspeak which we will try to avoid when communicating with you - simply stated, almost any computer sold in the last couple of years will work. A windows-based computer with any Pentium processor should work. Likewise, Macintosh and Linux computers work as well. The key is to ensure that you have an Ethernet port (it looks like a standard modular phone jack – only a little wider to handle 8 wires instead of 6). They are inexpensive and available at most computer dealers.
