Cheating On Xbox Live?
« on: March 20, 2003, 11:08:00 AM »

From Gamespot.

A small patch has been released for Capcom's Xbox Live-enabled fighting game.

Capcom has released a small patch for Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO that takes approximately two seconds to download. The patch appears to fix a bug that caused the music to suddenly stop playing after super moves were performed by either player, but it's not currently known if the patch addresses any other problems, such as cheating, which is reportedly starting to take place in online games.

bump.  no one has a thought on this.  It says that cheating reportedly has started to take place in games.  Does anyone know how you could cheat in capcom snk online?  I am just wondering how this could possibly be done without getting online with a modchip on.

Hacking packets or delaying packets I think. Also lots of people would discon after a loss, so the win won't be recorded, that's also cheating.
