Every time i have run evox and go to the live dash i can't connect to live... I have to go to settings and chose auto on ip settings...

afaik you can get banned even if you don't connect to live, if you ever goto the live bit of the dashboard with the mod enabled.  It remembers and reports it next time you connect.

Dont try it, even without any connection its recorded on the HD and the XYZ code for "Ban Him" gets sent to MS...

But shanafan say if u unplugg the nic cable u don't have anything to worry about..  And he say that u can go in the live dash... with mod on...
