If they are PAL or NTSC, just run Configmagic to change the region. It is that simple. Go to "on-the-fly" edit command and change the region from "PAL, Region 4" to "NTSC, Region 1". That's it! Now you have a NTSC EEPROM. But, you will have to go to your MS dash and update the clock.

Well, I've missed it by a few minutes again. This is the third or fourth time now. Everytime I miss it by so little.

Although, I'm not even banned, and I'd probably just give it to someone else anyway.
