At the connection screen, the last test of the four will say "Xbox Live not found".

Heres my problem:

I've just upgraded my hd and transfered my backup C & E partions.
went to play live with mod switch turned off.
it seems like live acount has not been transfered over?
went to recover account and got cannot connect to live try later message appear on screen.
have i been banned remember mod was switched OFF.

Well, if it says "Xbox Live is not responding", then try again later.

You can also put back in your HD and copy your Live account to a memory unit. Install upgraded HD back in, and transfer account over from memory unit.

The XYZ "tutorial" is here, just look harder..... I guess....

press y after the green light test, ~was it really that hard?<----
jot down the numbers and look at the tutorials or ask fuzzy
