The only solution is multibios switch "it's easy"

And yes you can get banned beause you don't have the orginalbios.

Yes you are banned even if you don't have a modchip as Live detection is based on the bios you use. When Live "see" any bios other than the original M$ bios then it ban you. The modchip has nothing to do at all with that.
