Nope, because the XBox discs are region encoded, so your XBox just runs European discs.

cause Xbox Live is not LIVE yet in most of Europe...

Cause i live in Finland and MS have no plans here yet when it comes to xbox live :/

You can ONLY play Live with the modchip OFF, so the ONLY WAY to use the US Live kit is to use an US console, that's it. If you have the European XBox, just buy the kit at UK or France as it will work on your console and you can sign up as if you lived on those countries, no problem. I know lots of people who live outside USA and Canada and play Live just fine.

The US xbox live is region free so u can install it on any xbox. The US UC is region free too.
