Let's Just Suppose For Argument's Sake...

sometimes you're banned, sometimes you're not.  since you in the live! dashboard before w/ teh chip on, theoritically you should be banned.  but hey, i'ts happened to me and i haven't been banned so o well.

Thanks, but I guess what I'm asking is what is a ban simply a matter of time, or is it a matter of continuous logging after the initial violation?
