Thats sounds a little strange. Have you done anything to the drive? Have you loaded any other progams on the drive or an alternative dashboard? And finally, do you have a copy of your c:\ drive when everything worked? There's a tutorial on the site that will show you what files are on a factory drive and what ones aren't.
