Linksys Wireless Router   (You need to have wireless router to recognize the Linksys wireless bridge adapter)

Linksys Wireless Bridge Adapter, connects your XBOX via CAT 5 cable to it.

No drivers needed, should recognize it if you have the network up and running already.

I have this and it works, only one prob, transferring files to XBOX takes a twice as long, but
playing games online has been pretty decent.

No problems running live with disabled modchip, and 120gb locked Maxtor harddrive thus far.

Any ?

theman, did you get the new version of the EvoX dash? Supposedly it speeds up file transfer. I have noticed that it does a little.

after reading up on this, this can get really pricey.. the bridged wireless adapter is a lot of $$.. and on top of that you need the base station..

anyone know of any other way of doing this using wireless?? maybe bluetooth? or a 802.11 usb adapter , plugging it into one of the usb controller ports?

ph34r.gif It's not that expensive.  Specially if you go the ebay route.  Works good though..  I use this configuration with 3 pcs and 2 xbox's....  The wireless-g access point (802.11g) will be sweet with 54mb/sec as well as backwards compatibility with 802.11b ph34r.gif
