Ok, I think I understood what you just said...

Anyways, you have a European xbox, which if i'm correct, isn't an NTSC xbox and therefore, you shouldn't have been able to run an NTSC game. You did, with the xbox modchip on, installed an updated INTENDED for NTSC xbox's, got onto live WITH YOUR MODCHIP ON, and now you think you may be banned.

Well, the only option is to either rent or buy a NON-NTSC Live game, let it update your dash, and try connecting from the xbox live tab in the MS dashboard WITH MODCHIP OFF.

I mean that i let updated.exe ran on my european box from a backup NTSC game Splinter cell.

My question is now that i have removed the C/ who was updated and placed the C/ without Live tab. And I rent of buy a PAL game with updated.exe and try to connect to live will I be banned or not with modchip off ofcourse.

I can't really answer that part, but i'd say your chances are 50/50.

I say that because you only ran an update, and didn't technically connect yet.

I pushed the live tab in and It say'd that it couldn't connect I think because Live isn't here until March, does this mean that I fucked up and never can go live even if I run a PAL update.exe and so going in Live. And did the updated put a flag in my box so when I connect to Live it will result in Banning me.
