It’s time to sign up for the Xbox LIVE ™ Beta Program that will begin in early February!



Thank you for expressing an interest to participate in the Xbox LIVE ™ Beta Program. This email has been sent to a very select audience.  This is not an open call for participation.  If you’ve received this email, you’re special and we have selected you for a reason.  Please do not forward it to, or tell, anyone else.



We will be randomly choosing survey respondents distributed around Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Sweden and Belgium to participate in our beta program.  



The Xbox LIVE ™ Beta Program will begin in early February and continue indefinitely.  You’ll be notified via e- mail if you’ve been selected to participate in the program.  Imagine it, you’ll be the first to get your hands on cool Xbox™ LIVE  game titles as they prepare for launch!  



Why are we choosing testers now?  Because we need to get through all the standard License Agreement and non-disclosure paperwork before we can begin.  As part of the beta program we will be sending you a special beta Xbox console, and other equipment as appropriate.  If selected, we’ll be asking you to provide a valid credit card as a guarantee that the equipment will be returned to us when requested.  Your credit card will not be charged. You’ll also need to have a broadband internet connection and a regular retail Xbox console.

Seems like if you don't return the console, MS will charge you for it. Probably a steep price too.

yep, thats right, they will charge you for it. These where the rumours floating around b4 live beat kits where sent out, that you would get an beta xbox. Looks like only some.
