You can't play your "Backups" online because a modchip (which are ILLEGAL) needs to be on to boot off the HD.

can u run "backups" off a cd if u have a xbox that boots to yboxdash and then when the game loads u can turn the mod off

Ummmmmmmmmmmm NO! When you first turn on your Xbox the bios is in ram. So if you start the Xbox with the modchip on, it will say on until you turn off the Xbox then turn it back on. If you start the Xbox with the modchip off, it will stay off until you...................................

Couldnt u do tha matrix mode 3 thing with backups cuz M$ only checks for Bios in ROM not Bios in RAM

You can play backups in mode 3 yes, but when you hit reset, the Xbox will "turn" into its original mode. Thus, not allowing you to play backups. Turning the Matrix off when the backup is playing is first off, stupid because you shouldn't open your Xbox when it is on, lol, and plus anyways, no matter what modchip you have, it won't work.

THUS IN AN ULTIMATE CONCLUSION YOU CAN NOT PLAY BACKUPS ON XBOX LIVE

If you follow the threads here and also before you post questions, the suggestion of physically removing a modchip when the backup was running and then trying Live has already been discussed. That is why I said it. But, I guess you think that you are right and I know nothing...
