go live! afaik MS doesn't even check your hdd. I'm running evox on my C partition as well as live, no problems here. Just to be safe, i wouldn't leave any backups laying around though...

Oh, and another thing, if your HDD is LOCKED (make sure it is or else it won't work with the mod disabled) your F drive is fine, MS cannot detect it. What i would do is download one of the new BIOS's that boots to F:\evox. That way, your drive is clean except for the F partition, which MS cannot detect.

Well I rather not have Evox on the HD cause I didn't really use it and I have the original HD still in my xbox with an Enigmah Modchip. Still have to get a switch though.
