Great News Everyone!  GOT XBOX LIVE TO WORK AGAIN!

Well, I got an eeprom dump from another xbox and flashed mine with the data.  For reference it was Superfro's program EEPromerv0.4 that made it possible!  (PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL AND ASK ME FOR IT!)

I did have to recover the account but that was not too difficult.  It was like installing my account on another xbox.  Very easy and it's done through account management.

OK, here are the old settings:

1.00.4920.01

X: 0000 - 000D
Y: 00A8 - 6800
Z: 8015 - 190D

UL: 0KB     DL: 0KB
L: 0             P: 0 / 0

And here are the new settings after the eeprom switchover:

1.00.4920.01

X: 0000 - 000D
Y: 00A8 - 4800
Z: 0000 - 0000

UL: 9765KB     DL: 3530KB
L: 105             P: 8 / 8

I'm in the US, use a BioXX (detailed setup is in my sig) and both IP and DNS are manual.

the 0001 is not 0000 like it should be but XBL WORKS FINE. Fuzzy - you said you have never heard of a case were XBL was working and X was different to 0000. So here You go I hoped that helped. And by the way the guy a few posts above me said with his banned XBOX he had X 0001 8005

which was the same as myself, but he was banned, so I beleive the banning may primarily take place in the last part of the y and z cordinate = 6800, 4800, 4860, etc... that's the most important part as I can see cause he was banned and I was not and his code was exactly the same when he tried to connect up to XBL

Since everyone is being banned with 6xxx in the 2nd part of Y,  I can't seem to get a 4xxx or even a 6xxx to figure out whether I am banned or not.   But the interesting thing is that UPNP which the XBL relies on for communication changes in Z when you enable disable UPNP on your linksys router..

could this eeprom flashing also allow me to use Live in Germany (aka PAL-land) with a US box? I mean, could I take the data from a model1 PAL box and upload it to my NTSC model1? Because I surely won´t get a NTSC Live-Kit here and my german box has had an unfortunate accident... the bios chip is currently separated from the mainboard, it´s running on an old xecuter alone... wait - where´s the info stored again?

nice post gi6 im still workin people and it looks like some of my earlier posts have flaws (but you should know that already if you have been following this post) so im still working, eventually i  intend (with the help of a programmer, pm me if your interested) to make a program that you insert your xyz codes into and it tells you whats going on with your box.

So has anybody (that hasn't already called XBOX support about being banned) tried calling them, saying Mod? What's that mean?, then reading them a set of good X,Y,Z numbers from one of these posts, rather than the banned numbers from their box?

?: Does MS have a way to detect 2 of them same eeproms goin on line at same time?  ie. if you take an eeprom image from a working xbox and load it onto a banned xbox and try to use both xbox's on XBL at the same time will their be complications?  If not, great!  If so, then I dont see how this would be any better than the buy-swap-return method or buy-dump-return method that we have been flaming alot of people for.  

Can someone clear this up for me (if its known yet) as I maybe missing some important info..thanks

Running a modded XBOX with the Xodus/Matrix chip (bios 2.5 colormod.ybox) in mode 3.  Never ran xbl dasboard with mod chip enabled or run a XBL live enabled game with mod chip enabled.  

Maxtor 120 gigabyte harddrive - locked.  All backups are of games that I have bought.  Only play with retail dvds when going on live.  

Again, evolutionX is ybox.  

Hope this helps a little ...

Oh and v1.0 xbox if you couldnt figure that out from the 4920.
