(Like banning mods so people can't run unsigned code that will allow them to use trainers or cheats during online play)

Maybe I misread Sneeze's post, but I thought he said DVD backups work as long as you use orignals to do the initial game updates...

it worked, but only for 4-5 days, then his xbox got banned. Thats why its unpinned now.

Still the fact that you can run unsigned code w/ XBL.... which means people can cheat on live potentially, lol.
