Xbox Live Without A Kit

I downloaded uclamerx version and i saw in the menu: Play Live

I did know that it will upgrade the orginal dash so I renamed my msxboxdash.xbe to orginbal name. But then when I  pressed new acount the xbox upgrades and then it says starting live but after that its just stops like a crash and i rebooted but the dash didnt boot so i restored C and i ried again but it stops after the upg..

Im a PAL user so maybe i can't run ntcs live???

pal xboxes cannot upgrade the xbox live dashboard with ntsc games.

OK thanks fore the help then. I will bye a kit when it Xbox Live come to sweden any way. Just wanna take a look on XBOX LIVE...
