im more worried about the cheating section of the article.

MS is also going to protect users from having people cheating in the games, unlike ps2 which i guess cant control it as well. now my problem is if these hackers start hacking the games so mod chipped people can cheat on their online games then all hell will break loose and you can guarantee that MS wouldnt hold back anything they have in the arsenel to block all modchipped xboxes from connecting (some people have hinted that MS wouldnt try to block modchips because of the revenue associated with them using XBlive)
