When u purchase XBOX LIVE! and install the cd it also makes changes to ur dashboard. do u think there might be something slick in there do, that some how may disable ur mod so it doesnt work or anything like that. never know.

Unlikely...

However it WILL modify/replace your existing dash, so you'll need the original dashboard up before installation.

MS has stated that they would be looking for non-original games, not mod chips. with Xbox Live.

Makes sense when you consider it. They still collect money from you for XBLive, then they force you to have an original game to play it via Live.

It's a no brainer for them.

yeah that makes sense, as i believe it isnt illegal to chip ur machine, just using pirate games u dont own the original of. Well i will be using orginals online anyway. cya's.

XBOX LIVE! aint coming here (UK) till march now, but they said there was beta testing this month for 30,000 or summat like that. so ive signed up on the website but havent heard anything. hmm
