But to the topic now.To hack XBL is one of the stupidist (sorry for my english I am german) things that you can do.It's a beta test and they will get you for sure.I don't know much about the law in the usa but here you can even with 12 years get caught.You will not go to jail for this but it will be written to a police document.That's not good when you try to get a job.Just wait until it comes out for all.To play with mods and backups will be ok cause they don't want to waste million of dollars just for getting a kid that had some backups made.So let's wait and then after it is out here i'll kick all your asses

my god you idiots dont hack it now at  this stage and ruin it for everyone!!!

if they find out people are hacking even the beta you can be damn sure they are going to try extra hard to block mod chipped boxes and future hacks from using xbox live..  the general consensus is that everyone wants to play xbox live and is willing to pay the measly 50$ a year for it. thats less than 5$ a month.  if modded xboxes are locked out of the retail xboxlive then a hack may be needed ,but at this stage just dont jeopardize ruining it just so you can play a bit early.
