I am currently on a cable modem and I am going to switch to DSL because cable is getting ridiculously expensive.  Anyway a local phone service here offers phone service and DSL for 39.99 per month but the DSL only does 384kb/s down and 128kb/s up.  Will I see lag on the Xbox?

i see faster results with cable.  why don't u jus buy your own cable modem, usually reduces monthly payments by $10.  how much u pay for cable btw?
