very big topic right here. i believe he really did talk to "eljay" the MS rep, but im not sure how truthful Ejay's words are. it has already been said by others on this board that are beta testers that the current XBL compatible games work fine when burned and played online. yes, i do know it is beta and things can and will be changed. but i still think we will be able to play burned xbox Live games just fine, beta or final. i know i will be testing it out myself when i get it. but i will make an actual back-up of unreal, which i will buy on launch, so if they try to do something about that i will show them that it is a legal back-up. anyone else going to take the risk and try a burned live game when released?

I think there is no reason to worry about XBox Live! not working with backups.  MS can say and do what every they want.  They wasted alot of money on protecting their products and everytime they come out with some new to protect their product some else finds a way around that.  As far as some stupid rep, don't trust a f*ckin word they say.  Those people are get paid $5.00 an hour.  MS Reps don't know crap about their own service.  You ask a rep a question everything is I don't know.
