You don't need a setup disc for setting up a router, for the most part, routers are plug and play, however you can/should be able to log into it

192.168.1.1
192.168.0.1
192.168.1.100
192.168.0.100

I've seen those as some defaults, to check it hook it up to your computer and do
Start> Run > cmd > ipconfig

and whatever your Default Gateway is - should be one of those or near it is your router's IP, enter that into Firefox or IE and use

admin/admin
admin/ *BLANK NO PW*
admin/1234

something along those lines if it prompts you, also go to netgear.com and check out the user's guide for your router
