Halo 2 Won't Work Threw My Router!

I have a problem. I am not sure where to put this. I need to get my xbox with Halo 2 to play threw my router onto my school network. If you know what i mean.
I have a d-link DI-604 router. And I not sure how to forward ports and what not on this thing. They change everything im used to the old skool ones. Thanks guys. PLEASE HELP!!!
