Xbconnect "games I Have" Problems

right now all i can see when i connect is the ALL category and the UNKNOWN category

my friends computer has it and his profile has a list of the games he has and he just checks them off.

mine never asked me for that and when i try to change it in my profile the box where it was on his is blank.

How do i fix it so i can see halo and other types of games?
