you don't understand how much mroe the xbc crew bashes on other compitition to their product, and they ALWAYS have, as i mentioned earlier on, i was an op for them for awhile (they probably don't even remember me, other than |visor| aka big dave), but i was deopped when i supported something other than xbc and xbc only, they would ban people from the main chat just for mentioning other programs
i haven't followed what they have been up to since, but by the looks of this thread and another they are still the same way
i only checked in on this forum section because of the thread about xbc pro worth it or not to see what people had to say ( i saw the forum name in the most recent), after this thread and the otehr are done i'll probably never stop back in again (nor any other tunneling section)

hehe, the mods dont "support" modding? its funny considering how many have asked for help to get modded yet they are soooo against it... but thats another arguement entirely.

yeah actually me and gamma were pretty good friends.  for awhile we were almost going to shut down xbc all together because of their shit because gamma was the one that ran the main xbc server

Im new to XBC an Xlink but the trouble with XBC for me is is maily halo games all the time, and most of them i cant join for no reason. And im suprised at how few ppl are using both of these programs. and XBC should be free, FULLY.

naw this was a LONG time ago, i wish i still kept in touch with some of my old xbc buddies (especially the ones i used to play halo with that are now making money for it (strange purple, muffin man, etc)) the only one i've seen in the past several months has been visor (he has a modded xbox as i'm sure lots of the mods do)

Use which ever one appeals to you! If you wanna use Kai, use Kai (it is handier for people with modded boxes) if you wanna use XBC, use XBC, what difference does it REALLY make? My PC is 1/2 m from my Xbox, so I don't really have the need to run Kai from a dash but for other people it would save a lot of running around

XBC don't support the scene because they personally put their product out there, advertising it at Tournaments, games shows, everywhere.........obviously they don't wan't to go "and by the way look at all the extra stuff you can do with it if you have a modded box" when there are MS representatives at some of the shows!

I don't use Kai very often because I always seem to get bad pings, but that's probably because there is no one playing near me, I happen to get better pings on XBC (again probably because of the userbase)

There isn't any need for another "KAIs better.................no XBC better.........", it doesn't end up anywhere, it doesn't change people's opinions and it just gets people worked up about it.
