Why Cant I See Me Ping In Xbc?

I have ports 8602 and 8603 forwared to TCP and UDP to be on the safe side.
I can join games but I cant host because I cant host. my IP is 192.168.0.100 and everything. Id really appreciate it Id search but I can't  the forums are down.
