Xbox Tunneling

I was wondering if someone could help me make my own tunneling software for xbox and how i would go about doing it.
i know some visual basics and c++ and i wanted to make it so you can use voice for tunneling if someone could help me with maybe a source code or something id really appreciate it.

How will yours be different than XBConnect, X-Link, and Gamespy?

do u think that any tunneling software will run on TCP? or with all the error checking make lag to much?
