If you want to connect just two Xbox together, you only need an Xbox System Link Cable. But if you want to connect three or four Xbox together, you will need an Ethernet hub and regular Ethernet cables.

Edit: Xbox System Link cable is arround $20 plus TAX, but you can get then at amazon.com arround 14 or 15 dollars.
