1. every "service" (http, ftp, telnet, kazaa, xboxconnect) happens through outgoing and incoming "port"
2. most routers block unknown/unnecessary ports
3. you must get into management of your router and enable "port forwarding"
4. your computer will then forward the neccesary port for playing on xbc
