My connection is 3000kbps down 300kbps up and average pings are 80-120ms on xbconnect and if im in good servers like 60, but in pc games its like 20-80, xbconnect lags pretty bad so i recommend you get a good connections espically if your going to host, i can host about 8-10 box's and 10 starts to get some lag but its liveable.

i got comcast cable if im right its 1500down and like 256 or 384 up i dont host much i mostly join games here ni colrado ping is like 10-20 in colorado pings are good and if you're on a good host then there shouldnt be lag

ok kool i will go with a 1500/256 and should be all sweet ,one more ask though what sort of data "usage" does the Xbox chew through per hour say something like Rainbowsix or Halo? and does hosting effect this ?
