sure, but you basically have to run to your pc (unless its in the same room as your xbox) and join/quit rooms, then go back to your dash and launch the game.

there is a "tech demo" that TD from xlink made that remote controls xbc called "xbc-link" but it is not really supported by them or him really anymore.

Or, as an alternative, you could play using xlink, and then you have boxlink which is already made for this purpose.
