Wireless G For Xbox + Matrix Mod == Problem?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether this product is very good and whether or not it has conflicts with an XBOX that has the Matrix mod chip:

It just price dropped from $99 to $79.  I have a WRT54G wireless router from Linksys and want to connect my XBOX to it.  Will this work?

[EDIT: Great.  I guess the "price drop" was a mistake as it is now listed at $99 again.  sigh.]
