thanks for helping me out guys. the biggest reason i was worried was i bought a Aladdin Advance 64 Universal Mod Chip today and thought i read somewhere that it didnt work with the halo edition xbox. lol i went back to the site and the warning is gone. so I dont know lol...

If you are too stupid to read the thread, then go away. There is a lot of information here, and it doesn't need newbs cluttering it up asking if their Xbox is a 1.6 (when it's OBVIOUS it isn't to people with half a brain.)

Courtesy means you READ THE DAMN THREAD. Nobody here should have to think FOR YOU. There is a ton of information available to those who bother to give an ounce of effort to discover it. We (myself included) have spent thousands of hours compiling it, and as a resource, X-S is as good as it gets for the scene.

I'm not trying to be mean, I'm DOING MY JOB. There's a Newbie Chat forum where plenty of people are willing to hold your hand and get you important information you might need, but there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for not even reading this thread to see what criteria for a 1.6 might match your own Xbox. YOU were the rude one, interrupting a technical thread to ask a lame question because you were too lazy to spend five minutes reading the pertinent information.

In short, you are like the dumbass driving 65 in the passing lane, with 20 cars all stacked up behind you, flashing their lights, honking their horns, oblivious to why they are so mad, and getting incensed at their attitude.

I'll probably get banned for this but here it goes. I know your a head moderator. So with all due respect, calling people stupid newbs and telling them to go away is very unprofessional and in my opinion not good for the scene. I understand your frustration but there are much better and professional ways of getting your point across. You might want to read a few of brahm2's posts. That's a moderator with alot of class.
