Need The Right Version Of Winpcap

Do a "custom" uninstall (Option in the uninstall file) and remove all files you see.  Just click select all then next and repeate until XBC is completely removed.  From there reinstall and WinPCap will be current.  Both XBC and GS should work with the current build of winpcap
