You could use a router or 2 NICs to network the PC and Xbox.

My schools network will not let our computers/ xboxes to change their own IP's. If a static IP is specified, my wallport shuts off. Is there any software that could get me online (xlink, xbconnect, gamespy)?
Thanks

xlink automatically detects your xbox afaik, the others may too but its been a while since i used them

I don't know what afaik means... are you saying that it will change the IP?

Use Xlink 2.2.4, (install Rc2 first, then apply the 2.2.4 exe update) and connect the xbox to the PC using a 2nd NIC card.. that should work..

If the xbox also plugs into a wall socket (ie u use 2 wall sockets), then that will *probably* work..
