Ok, I just got a lockable hd, now it won't let me connect I think my friend banned my eeprom b4 i bought this from him. Since he had it modded b4, and I actually know for a fact he got banned. But, when i bought it he said he got it unbanned. But he lies horribly

Ok, So i do account recovery today and get my account all back. Now it won't let me connect. I mean I turned off mod b4 this started. I got my gamertag, I load in PSO i can go offline, just not online. And then i clicked online says it cant connect. Then I try NHL2k3 i make sure mods off. Then it still wont connect

Now, I think my friend didn't actually get a eeprom cause if he did i would be able to connect.

So does anyone have a free eeprom?

I think the PSO server may record your gamertag if you have been banned then ban you again when you try and get back on. Try a new EEPROM with another game.

Ive never gone online with this PSO. i have no characters since its a diffrent hd. And I just made a new one. Didn't use any hacks!

Has no saves on it. Its blank just has PSO, my friend has been borrowing pso ever since my live xbox broke and I have no use for it cause im too lazy to use the hacked one which i got bored of OFFLINE!

I think I may have found a problem I think the it wont let me connect cause its not the ORIGINAL. I think I had some files HEXED and More files. Cause the original is like 1.73 I kept the original File made it as ISO so i wouldn't edit it

and the one i was using was like 1.88 so That might be problem. Im extracting files then ill see.

Just go to troubleshoot then it will connect then you can go on PSO.

I was reading something like, when you first go on PSO with a modded xbox you wait a few days then you can connect fine. Im playing this off the hd with MOD OFF!

Also having alot of trouble, cause im thinking i cant connect cause it keeps changing my eeprom. I cant connect with an AUTO DNS. I do it manually then everything says it connects. I click done. And still it changes it back!

ok, i figured it out. I updated the dash for moto gp on the install disk and it let me go on live, i just played a race so i know it works. The thing that was wrong was the dns. It kept reseting. But it connected cause i went back to dash didn't turn it off, put in disc and it let me download. now it works when i connect. now for PSO, since im playing off my hd. I need to get an update, can anyone send me this somehow? or how could i do this. Because im playing off hd. cause friend is using my disc what im thinking is, when i get update error i turn on mod, so it let me connect to update, then turn it off, which it worked but then disconnects cause i think it reads off the update. So, im thinking, can you have YOUR MOD ON WHILE UPDATING YOUR PSO?

You need to download a new dash i guess. Thats what its saying. Here ill get the actual error and write it!

then when i turn mod on while error. i click update quiclkly turn it off, it starts downloading then goes to 'TECHNOCAL DEFINOCALTIES', Now i get curious, i update it with MOD ON, and it still says it. I think the server maybe down or something else!

Dont download update with modchip on because you are connecting to Xbox Live.

it didnt con nect i think it was a server problem, still isnt working. Can you upload me the file?
