No, you can't share download content because they are specific to the Xbox they are downloaded to.

OXM magazine will supply the Kola Cell download for Splinter Cell soon

why is the content xbox specific? Maybe between ntsc and pal but there must be just 1 source that evryone is downloading from on Live.??

Because your Xbox Live account is specific to the Xbox its put on. That is why your account leaves the Xbox when the EEPROM is changed, but comes back when the old EEPROM is restored.

this really sucks. so there is no way to get extra content? nothing has been thought of? does the game care where the download came from? if this is the case, how can you add splinter cell stuff from a third party?
