Strangest Xbc Problem Ever.

Ok, here's a strange thing, I found someone with the exact same problem, we tried to connect to eachother, and it WORKED. I still can't join 99.99% of the halo games out there, and I'm positive I don't have some wierd copy of the game (hell, I'll scan the dvd cover if it helps).
Any suggestions would be welcome

Are you connecting to a server runniong the same version game as you either PAL or NTSC.

Yes, I am NTSC and trying to connect to NTSC games.
