Well, you made a mistake when you flashed with a new EEPROM. That is why EEPROMER is not a recommended program at all. Your HD was probably locked when you flashed it, when it is supposed to be unlocked. EEPROM does not detect things like this. That is why you should have used Configmagic.

I did a similar thing
There`s is a thread in here called "fried my box"
I got it working again but cant lock my drive (i cant use the 80GB drive i had in it at the time but I can use my original unlocked drive).
Have a look .. it might help.
