It's because Halo ownz all of the games you mentioned online. I would still rather play Halo on XBC with no voice communicator than say ghost recon on live with a communicator. The same goes for GP and unreal (which is crap anyhoo), mechassault or any other live game i can't think of right now.

Also i think there are more people that own halo than there are people who own the other games. That should tell you something right there wink.gif

No way! Halo doesn't own sh*t, I've only played it twice and get bored after an hour, I play GR, all the time, cause it's soo hard to find a game on LIVE, but other than that if it's a LIVE game I play it on LIVE.

Actually it's probably because Halo doesn't support xbox live and all the other cool games like motogp and mechassault are better on xbox live with head set support anyways. And most people don't pirate and have originals to play xbox live.  laugh.gif

I would just like to say that unless you have played halo in multiplayer on xbconnect you can't even begin to judge it. It is the best game for xbox hands-down. i thought live was going to be the sh1t but after 3 days I had mastered all the games. I own Mechassault, Unreal, and Fever 2003, and HALO on xbconnect is still more fun to play than any of the above mentioned. I have also tried Ghost Recon, but it's better on my pc. If you have an xbox but you don't own a copy of halo put a gun in your mouth. If you own halo and you don't have it hooked up to xbconnect put a gun in your mouth. If you think halo sucks put a gun in your mouth. Halo owns bitch.

Remeber, not everyone likes Halo's boring style of multiplayer and likes the control schem. I love play games like RTCW, UT2k3, BF1942, MOHAA, and NOLF2 online. And Halo too when it comes out because I just know there are lots to offer from a computer FPS perspective. I love 32 on 32 games. 2 on 2 or 4 on 4s just isn't my cup of tea.
