is there any way to get onto xbox live without using switches to turn off my modchip...by tha way i have a xecutor 2 lite...?

no, you realy need to turn off your chip or else you wel be banned. But what's the problem of turning off your chip? There are nice switches so you don't need to open your xbox every time you want to go online. Ok, you can't play any backups on live, but why not buy live games only and download or rent the rest? Some games realy are worth buying (others suck bigtime).

yea isnt there a non-soder version of the switch? where it just plugs directly into the chip? I seem to remember seein a pic or something....
