1. I know I have to flash my bios back to original but where can I get the original bios?

No requests.

When you boot your Xbox with the modchip off and the HD is locked, the original BIOS will load.

2. I have the original HD and putting it back in but files in HD have evox stuffs... If I delete everything or move to my puter.. what is the hd suppose to have originally? better yet, when going xbl, does it matter what you have on your hd or installing xbl over that hd will not affect anything?

Xbox Live doesn't search your HD for custom applications. So, it will not affect anything. You can just leave your EvolutionX stuff on there, because it really doesn't matter.

3. Is there anything else I need to know b4 getting xbl and banned???

Make sure your MS dash is xboxdash.xbe

Make sure your HD is locked so you can boot the original BIOS when you have your modchip off.

For Live play, turn modchip off and then power on Xbox.

As I said, make sure your HD is locked so you can boot the original BIOS when you have your modchip off. The original BIOS wants a locked HD no matter what size it is

How do I know whether its locked or not? Is there a way to find out without having to use that config magic?  anyway...
I placed the old hd in and change coupla files.  Then I flipped the switch and system booted up fine with the old bios in it. flipped modchip on and dvdr booted up fine...is there anything else I should know b4 I get banned?

Then your HD is locked and if it boots fine with modchip on and off. Check my tutorial for other details to avoid getting banned
