I use my headset every now and again for my phone ... so I almost bet that any phone (regular land line phone) headset would work.. my phone is a basic vtech phone so if you goto the store and say hey I've got a vtech phone and I need a headset for it.. just take the plugin unit with you so you can compare the sizes.. thats what I would do... :-)

I'm using a headset for a Panasonic 2.4Ghz cordless phone.  Its much more comfortable than the MS one.  It has a leather padded earpiece and I don't have to turn the volume slider on the control up all the way to hear anyone.  The mic seems to be more effective also.  People bitch that my tv is too loud.
