I got it to boot up EvoX on cd, but now what do i do?

Does it show your drives as 0 for its size?

Take out your HD and install in in your PC. Try to unlock it. If you did, reboot the PC and check to see if the HD relocked itself. If it did, then the maximum security lock is on. To disable that, just create a bootable floppy (should already have one if you are testing this) and put this file on

hddisabl.exe

Run that, enter HD pass, and it will disable the max lock.

dammit it won't unlock the drive....it keeps saying it refuses to unlock.....what should i do now?

yeah...but the program won't access the drive...it will unlock it but it won't disable it

I don't understand. You can't access the drive, but you can unlock it?

I only did this operation once, and it worked fine.

well its not working in my computer.....it refuses to access the hard drive to unlock it....does it need to be the master drive in the computer?

would getting a new hd solve this problem?.....i can easily get one and replace it....i was going to eventually anyway.
