No the X-ecuter lite doesn't come with a disable switch. At first Team X-ecuter wanted to include the switch in the package but in the process they apparently changed their mind.

But this is no big deal as you can buy a switch at any Radio-Shack or another electronic store and install it yourself. It's not hard to do if you have a minimum of soldering skill.
