You had the EXACT problem i had, no one could see me, and i could not see no one.  You problem is, in xbc you have to tell it to find your xbox, this is all fine until you swap the xbox's, when you do this you have to tell it to find the xbox again because it had different settings or something.  If you look at the details screen tho, it will say found still which makes you think its all ok, but trust me get a game in "looking for a game" mode and tell it to find your xbox again.  should be sorted after that.  

Also you will prob need to do this every time you change over the xbox on xbc.
