it may be your evox.ini file messing with the xbox ip settings.  once you set your ip address to auto-config from MSDASH, go back to it, and see if it's still saved or not.

Have you tried a static route?
I have used a RT314 ~I know they support them.
A static route is one that points your outside or public ip address and specific port
to an internal ip address and specific port.

Turn the chip off, go to the ip settings in your ms dash.  switch your ip address setting to automatic.  Then try to connect.  It should work.  You will have to do this everytime you want to go live.
at least thats what i do.
